Em’s Stars is proudly run by Emily Kendrick and Emily Mellor, Directors of Em’s Stars Ltd and Our Lady of Pity Pre-School CIC.

Emily and Emily grew up as neighbours in Greasby and have known each other for 28 years. Having worked together since 2018, we have many years of experience providing high-quality care and education for early years and primary-aged children.

We pride ourselves on our professional, caring and child-centred approach, with a strong commitment to providing safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can learn, grow and thrive.

We operate pre-school and out-of-school childcare clubs, working closely with families and schools to provide high-quality childcare that meets the needs of children and their families.

We are extremely proud of the outcomes achieved across our settings. Our Lady of Pity Pre-School CIC has been graded Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted, while Greasby Wrap Around has been graded ‘Met in all areas’ by Ofsted.

These achievements reflect the dedication of our teams and our commitment to maintaining high standards of care, education, safeguarding and leadership.
